PROGRAM RULES: Contracts must be written from 1/1/17 to 12/30/17. Gift cards (excluding $50 to Corner House Café) issued upon ratified contract and hard deposit. Each winner is responsible for any income taxes, fees or commissions on any reward and any other costs incurred in connection with same.
